Users must be 18 years of age or older to use Signal. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Users must not use Signal in any jurisdiction where the provision or receipt of such services is prohibited by applicable law.
Signal is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use including redistribution of Signal data or predictions requires prior written permission from Signal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access Signal using your credentials.
Signal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
Signal offers paid subscription tiers (Paid at £12/month, Premium at £35/month) in addition to the free tier.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Signal reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change notification constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All Signal content including but not limited to the platform design, branding, AI-generated analysis, prediction data, and signal output is the intellectual property of Signal.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Signal content without prior written permission from Signal.
Signal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signal shall not be liable for:
Signal's maximum aggregate liability to any user shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by that user in the three months preceding the claim.
Signal collects and processes user data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using Signal, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Signal reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users by email and/or through an in-app notification, and will require re-agreement before you can continue to use the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
